When your product arrives at TWF for finishing, job one is the selection and application of the right pretreatment process.  We have the capabilities and experience to work with most kinds of substrates, including aluminum, steel, extrusions, castings, plastic and fiberglass.  Our comprehensive capabilities and expertise ensure this vital step can and will be done right.

A partial list of TWF pretreatment options includes:

Iron Phosphate – TWF has a six-stage iron phosphate washer.

Chromate Conversion Coating – TWF’s chromate process is certified to the stringent MIL-DTL-5541 standard. Our 12-foot tanks offer both RoHS compliant Clear Chromate and Yellow Chromate processes.

Alodine 5200 - TWF has a six-stage line of 12-foot tanks that can handle magnesium.

With two washer lines, TWF Industries has the capability to run parts up to 3 ft. x 5 ft.
